Paella del Reyes is a mobile wood-fired paella catering business led by Chef Tom Meckfessel that brings delicious, handcrafted paella to events across the Bay Area & Mendocino county, from weddings and parties to graduations and gatherings. They cook on site over an open fire using high-quality local and imported ingredients, creating a festive and memorable dining experience for groups of about 40–600 people.

At night, our little horse trailer bar lit up will draw your guests outside to gather and enjoy our beautiful, quiet county. All of our bartenders are local and have vast experience with not only the service industry, but with our unique coast and the wine and spirits of our region.
